Комбинация 2в1 весьма редкая, ну и миастению на углу не продают… но, похоже, что некая связь есть. Как минимум, исходя из нейрохимии миастении можно даже что-то пофантазировать сходу и поиск дает результаты.
Что нашел:
Myasthenia in a patient with sarcoidosis and schizophrenia. (2004)
Myasthenia Gravis and Schizophrenia — A Rare Combination (1972)
Если очень интересно, могу достать у злых венгров полный текст первой статьи, но там и из абстракта понятно, что ничего интересного, кейсрепорт обычный.
И вот еще фразочка из Myasthenia Gravis and Epilepsy:
Myasthenia gravis has frequently been diagnosed mistakenly as hysteria or neurosis at the onset and it became obvious that myasthenia gravis is combined with epilepsy or schizophrenia. The purpose of this study was to determine the EEG abnormalities of myasthenia gravis with regard to epilepsy.
BJPSYCH 1972 год мне прислали только что, прилагаю.
Еще цитата:
Nicotinic acetylcholine receptors (AchRs) are widespread ligand-gated ion channels that mediate fast cholinergic transmission at both the peripheral and central nervous systems. Thus, in addition to their involvement in neuromuscular and autonomic ganglia synaptic transmission, they play an important role in cognitive and addictive processes (Wonnacott, 1997; Lena & Changeux, 1998; Clementi et al., 2000). Furthermore, their dysfunction has been linked to a number of human diseases, including congenital myasthenia, schizophrenia, familial epilepsy and neurodegenerative disorders such as Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s diseases (Lena & Changeux, 1998; Hogg et al., 2003).
И вот из Immune dysregulation and self-reactivity in schizophrenia: Do some cases of schizophrenia have an autoimmune basis? (прилагаю):
Researchers believe that schizophrenia results
from blocking or over stimulation of normal neurotransmission. Known sites of attack by autoantibodies in other diseases of the nervous system include the voltage-gated calcium channels (in Lambert–Eaton myasthenic syndrome) and the neurotransmitter receptors (in myasthenia gravis and Rasmussen’s encephalitis).
Есть и еще интересные упоминания, но ничего конкретного.
